Data entry into the registers begins
The register ensures the storage and management of all documents – administrative acts, documents that are an integral part of the issued acts, other annexes to them, as well as all other documents issued as a result of the activities subject to registration.
Each of the registers contains groups of information that are relevant to the administrative acts included in the specific register. The information is grouped into main categories, groups of fields and individual fields that are filled in depending on the specific administrative act being entered.

Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Spatial Planning Law
By Decision No. 546 of the Council of Ministers of 2019, the Updated Strategy for the Development of E-Government (2019-2023) was adopted.
Annex No. 2 to the strategy provides for a measure to create a Unified Public Register for spatial planning, investment design and construction permits, which will unite the registers maintained by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, the Directorate for National Construction Control, the regional governors, the municipal administrations and the district administrations in the cities with district divisions.
