By Decision No. 546 of the Council of Ministers of 2019, the Updated Strategy for the Development of E-Government (2019-2023) was adopted.
Annex No. 2 to the strategy provides for a measure to create a Unified Public Register for spatial planning, investment design and construction permits, which will unite the registers maintained by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, the Directorate for National Construction Control, the regional governors, the municipal administrations and the district administrations in the cities with district divisions.
